OGC Nice are in talks with Ligue 1 rivals, Lorient over the possible signing of Nigeria forward, Terem Moffi.
According to reliable French online news outlet, Footmercato, Nice and Moffi have reached an agreement on personal terms.
Nice’s first offer for the 23-year-old was, however, rejected by Lorient, according to the website.
Negotiations are still ongoing between both clubs to find a solution.
The Riviera club are looking to sell Moffi for between €20m to €25m.
Premier League club, Southampton, according to Sky Sports also had a £15m bid rejected for the striker this week.
West Ham United, Aston Villa and Brighton & Hove Albion are also reportedly interested in Moffi.
The Nigeria international is currently the second joint-top scorer in Ligue 1 with 11 goals.
